Bob Perry joined the Perry companies in 1983 as a real estate agent selling single-family homes. Shortly thereafter Bob was asked to oversee the Property Management division of the company and has been serving in this capacity for more than 25 years.

This division focuses primarily on owned real estate, but also does third-party fee management. The current portfolio consists of office, retail, industrial and multi-family projects with over 2,000 tenants, in 2.2 million square feet of real estate generating annual rents in excess of $24 million.

Bob has also been responsible for the development and construction of various properties from ground acquisition and zoning, through construction and lease-up.

Bob graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management.
